About the speakers

Synopsis

Mr Jean-Michel FÉLIX is the CEO of MCB Consulting Services Ltd (MCBC). With more than 26 years’ people-process-technology consulting experience, Mr Jean-Michel FÉLIX has tremendous diverse industry and functional expertise in strategic thinking, system implementation, audit, advisory and consulting experience, both locally and overseas. An ACCA Fellow, a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), an ISACA-certified Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC qualification) professional, Mr FÉLIX was a Senior Manager with De Chazal Du Mee DCDM (now known as BDO).

He was also the Managing Director of Finlease Co Ltd where he drove the company to be the leader in the Mauritian market place. He then headed the Group Internal Audit, Group Compliance and Anti-Money Laundering and Fraud Business Units where - in parallel - he took over a challenging role in the Core Banking System implementation.

Having setup the Group Project Management Office (GPMO) to strategically drive important projects to successful business outcome, Mr FÉLIX levelled-up the GPMO into what MCB Consulting Services Ltd (MCBC) is today. As the founding CEO of MCBC, he has led more than 464 successful diverse overseas assignments in 37 countries.

Synopsis

Mr Chee-Peng TAN is a Leadership 4.0 Strategic Services Consultant specializing in Business-IT Planning, Programme Management and PMO/Business-IT process automation. A First Class degree holder from Imperial College, UK, he has more than 34 years of consulting experience in financial services industry, helping MNC clients in Business-IT Strategy Formulation and Implementation, Business Process Re-engineering, Change Management, Programme & Performance Management and, Digitalization/e-Commerce Strategy and Implementation.

Chee-Peng was conferred the CITPM Senior, the Singapore National IT Project Management certification on 26 November 1998. Based on his professional work in Singapore, Mauritius and Africa, he was independently nominated and admitted to the International Who’s Who of Professionals for 1999. Chee-Peng also sits on the Board of Assessor for the Singapore’s National IT Skills Certification Programme – IT Project Management since its inception.

He is also a Fellow Member of the Singapore Computer Society and has been listed on the SCS Roll of Honour in recognition and appreciation of his valuable support and contribution to the Society. Chee-Peng has given Project/Programme Management conferences, workshops and training to more than 7,000 PMs both locally as well as internationally in 69 countries over 6 continents. He anchors the national leadership courses in Malaysia, Singapore and Mauritius. A Mauritius SAPES-recipient, he is also an invited member, Honorary 300 of the Singapore National Infocomm Registry for ICT Professionals, 2011-2013.
