The second edition of the Execution Leadership Masterclass took place from 5 to 6 May 2022 at Voila Bagatelle, after two years of restrictions and lockdowns. It gathered under one roof, 10 participants from different industries and horizons for a two-day intensive session. The Masterclass in itself was a huge success, loaded with unique practices, sharings, storytelling, inspiring speakers, intense work and delivery and even an almost sleepless night. It was led by two unique subject matter and industry experts Jean-Michel Félix, CEO of MCB Consulting and Chee-Peng TAN, Managing Director of TeamSynthesis who traveled the participants through some amazing topics, namely; Spiritual Leadership, Execution framework, Project Management, Fintech 5.0 amongst others. The participants were also privileged to listen to an inspiring speaker as in Fabrice Bauluck, who captured the audience’s attention and hearts with his inspiring speech as a World kickboxing champion, and speaking of his becoming.
